Courtney Green has over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience, encompassing both clinical and operational leadership. Her career began as a Registered Nurse at OhioHealth, eventually leading her to a key role on the Nursing Leadership team within the Columbus, Ohio healthcare system. With extensive experience in workforce management software and scheduling tools, Courtney transitioned to a software vendor role, where she supported a wide range of hospitals and health systems – from large enterprises to small community facilities – in optimizing labor management and workforce care.
