New Date/Time: Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024 | 12:00 p.m. CT (1:00 p.m. ET)

Healthcare human resources leaders face the dual challenge of driving workforce innovation while managing associated risks – especially while serving such a complex workforce. However, many organizations hesitate to adopt new workforce management platforms due to fears of failure. But remaining stagnant may actually be doing more harm than good to your organization’s culture, effectiveness, and bottom line.

In partnership with ASHHRA, join QGenda’s industry experts, alongside human resources leaders from SSM Health and Oregon Health and Science University, as we explore why the bigger threat to healthcare organizations might not be the risk itself, but the consequences of inaction. This webinar will offer actionable strategies for HR leaders looking to embrace innovation while minimizing risks to ultimately enhance employee satisfaction, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.

Objectives

  1. The dangers of sticking with the status quo: Too many healthcare organizations have been burned by workforce management solutions originally built for companies like merchandisers, construction firms, and banks. Uncover how clinging to outdated, sub-optimal solutions that take a “one size fits all” approach could be holding your organization back.
  2. Overcoming risk aversion: Innovative technologies naturally bring some risk, but also tremendous potential upside. Understand how the fear of change could be negatively impacting your workforce, and ways to address it.
  3. Innovative workforce management strategies: Your care teams deserve the very best. Explore essential strategies you need to ensure your staff – especially your providers, nurses, and line managers – remain satisfied, engaged, and resilient against burnout.
  4. Real-world success stories: The good news is that more hospitals and health systems are now adopting a faster pace of change and more ambitious risk management posture. Hear about healthcare leaders who’ve successfully transformed their approach to workforce management.
