Why is this relevant? Job Architecture continues to evolve as new talent models, technology enablers and the changing nature of work influence job architecture frameworks and practices. We are also finding that many organizations are using job architecture and its benefits as a differentiator in creating a simply irresistible employee experience. In this year’s study, we will focus on:

The survey is currently open, with submissions due by Monday, Jan. 20, 2025.

Follow this link to register for the survey. Each survey section includes an average of 12 questions, with each section taking roughly 10 to 12 minutes to complete. Empsight International is serving as the administrator of the study.
