Kate Harris serves as the Director of Client Development at Vivian Health, where she helps lead new market launches and initiate external strategic partnership opportunities. Prior to joining Vivian, she served as a lead counselor at a residential mental health facility for at-risk youth, and experienced the impact of clinical staffing shortages firsthand. Following her non-profit work, she worked as a travel nurse recruiter for two years. In her current role, she is passionate about partnering with recruiters to empower healthcare professionals in finding their perfect job.
