I understand that no purchase is necessary to enter or win. I will submit my entry between 4:00 p.m. PT on June 29, 2025, and 2:00 p.m. PT on July 1, 2025, via submission of this entry form. I acknowledge that only one entry per person is allowed. I understand that the prize, which consists of one of three Full Conference registrations to the 2026 ASHHRA annual conference and exposition to be held in Savannah Georgia, May 17-19, 2026, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If I am selected as the winner in a random drawing on Monday, July 7, 2025, I will be notified via email/phone, and I must respond within seven days or risk disqualification and replacement by an alternate winner. By entering, I give ASHHRA permission to use my name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, and I agree that my personal information will be handled according to ASHHRA’s privacy policy. I acknowledge that ASHHRA is not responsible for technical issues or unauthorized tampering and may disqualify entries that violate these terms.
