Ms. Spinks is a Senior Vice President and National Healthcare Industry Leader for the Corporate market, affiliated with Segal’s Atlanta office. She has more than 25 years of strategic consulting and business management experience in HR and finance across many industries, including healthcare, higher education, retail, manufacturing and hospitality.
Prior to joining Segal, Ms. Spinks was Senior Vice President-Managing Director for Employee Insights and National Higher Education Practice Leader for Gallagher. Her responsibilities included cultivating new logo and organic growth opportunities, developing the higher education vertical through thought leadership and implementing talent-management and employee benefit strategies. Ms. Spinks brings a complementary perspective as both an advisor and a practitioner to Segal clients having held executive-level human resources and consulting roles at Long Island University, Calvin Klein and Willis, Inc., to name a few. These roles have afforded Ms. Spinks imperative knowledge in global total rewards, healthcare consulting/underwriting, mergers & acquisitions, employee insights, social recruitment, talent management and broad-based human resources consulting.
