Optimizing Employee Wellness: How Infirmary Health Aligned HR and Pharmacy for Better Benefits

Tuesday, June 4, 2024  |  1:00 p.m. CT (2:00 p.m. ET)

Pharmacy benefits don’t have to be a headache to manage. HR leaders already have enough on their minds: combating employee recruitment, retention, and burnout challenges; navigating benefit complexity; and maintaining competitive benefits against available budget. By partnering with your in-house pharmacy, you can ease the strain of increasing high-cost pharmacy claims, focus on employee health and wellness, and uncover savings opportunities.

Join Infirmary Health and RxBenefits to discuss:

  • Building internal and external partnerships to maximize employee health and wellness.
  • Infirmary Health’s actionable advice for developing programs with your pharmacy resources, including MTM pharmacists and 340B programs.
  • Pharmacy trends, such as GLP-1 coverage and rising specialty costs, all HR leaders should factor into their benefit design.

Join Infirmary Health’s Vice President of Pharmacy Services, Lee Ann Cain, RPh, and Manager of Wellness & Benefit Compliance, Marsha Davis, in conversation with RxBenefits’ Vice President of Healthcare Markets, Rebecca Grant.
