This webinar will share a business case overview for increasing diversity, equity and inclusion within the organization. Participants will learn about the importance of cultural competence and the importance of recognizing and addressing one’s own bias. In addition, participants will examine strategies for fostering an inclusive leadership team and the value of equity and diversity within the organization.
