How to take advantage of this offer:
- One person begins the registration process.
- On Step 6 (Registration Summary), scroll to the bottom of the page for the “Add Group Registrant” section and follow the same registration process for each person in your group.
- The fourth person will automatically be complimentary*.
NOTE: Offer only applies to the cost of Full Conference registration. In the event the fourth registrant is a non-member, a membership fee of $200 will be added.
Full Conference
Access to all learning sessions, expo hall and all events during the conference dates.
Single Day
Access to conference events for one day: Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All conference registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to ashhra@jade.mcievents.com by April 3, 2026. If you are registering a group, you acknowledge you are agreeing to the terms on behalf of each individual. A refund of the registration fee, less a $200 cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations received on or before April 3, 2026. There is an additional $200 charge for registrations that include membership (membership will remain active). Membership dues cannot be refunded in the case of a cancellation. After April 3, 2026, no refunds will be given. Registration (excluding membership) can be transferred to another person to attend the ASHHRA26 annual conference and exposition, subject to a $200 administrative fee and, if applicable, an additional $200 membership fee if the recipient is not a current ASHHRA member. Registration fees may be transferred to the ASHHRA annual conference for the following year only and at the discretion of ASHHRA. All refunds will be made payable to the payer only. There will be no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
