Derek is passionate about culture and engagement and helping organizations become the best they can be in talent acquisition and recruiting. By understanding the essence and culture of an organization, he works within strategic partnerships across the nation to help source and recruit the right candidates that fit the role and the company culture. Derek has a BA from Stonehill College, in his native Massachusetts.

Jeremy has 17 years of experience in the recruiting and talent acquisition space with a unique perspective on recruiting for non-acute and acute care organizations. In just under a year, Jeremy transitioned from Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Manager to his current director role. Prior to his current role, Jeremy served in the US Navy for 26 years, 12 of which were spent in human resources and recruiting.
