Currently, as Propelus Senior Vice president of Sales and Strategy, Shannon leads a dedicated team of senior sales professionals to consistently exceed sales targets in the Workforce Management and Employee Health market. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in expanding the company’s core business and continuously driving revenue from a high performing sales organization keeping her people and customers at the center of her sales strategies.
Shannon completed her higher education at the University of Texas, earning a global executive MBA with honors and a bachelor’s in business administration from UT. Her undergraduate studies also included a study abroad program in Paderno del Grappa, Italy.

Kathleen Green serves as the Assistant Director of Compensation and Employee Records at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she leads a team of professionals responsible for overseeing compensation programs and employee records for a workforce of over 16,000 individuals. With more than a decade of progressive experience in the field of human resources, Kathleen is a seasoned expert in the areas of compensation and recruitment.
Throughout her career journey, Kathleen has demonstrated a commitment to aligning HR strategies with the overarching goals of the organizations she serves. She focuses not only on ensuring competitiveness and compliance, but customer service as well, with a passion for supporting those who provide patient care.
Her leadership and strategic direction have been instrumental in shaping staff compensation programs and driving improved retention and recruitment efforts at Texas Children’s Hospital. Prior to joining the Texas Children’s team, Kathleen honed her skills working within a public health system in South Carolina, gaining valuable experience in both recruitment and compensation. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Health Administration.

Brittney Allen, a native of Chicago, currently serves as the leader of the HR Employee Records team at Texas Children’s Hospital, supporting a workforce of more than 16,000 individuals. With nearly a decade of diverse experience in the field of human resources, Brittney possesses a profound dedication to benefits administration and records management.
Brittney embarked on her HR journey by assisting small-scale enterprises in specialized industries in the development of their HR departments. She has since transitioned to take great pride in her role at the nation’s third-ranked children’s hospital. She is honored to contribute to the support and care of women and children in Texas.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Brittney holds the title of aunt as her most cherished role. She takes immense pride in being the aunt of two exceptionally talented and intellectually gifted nieces. Brittney is also an alumna of Hampton University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and obtained a SHRM-CP certification. During her leisure time, she dedicates herself to historical podcasts and the exploration of new museum exhibits.
