The inaugural gathering was held January 27–30, 2024, in Savannah, Georgia, at The Alida Savannah, marking ASHHRA’s first dedicated event focused on advancing benefits strategy and employee well‑being programs. The 2025 Symposium continued this momentum in Nashville, offering an exclusive, two‑day, interactive experience for leaders navigating the pressures of rising costs, workforce strain, and evolving employee needs. Today, the Benefits Summit remains a highly curated, invitation‑only event that brings together a select group of benefits executives for peer sharing, practical insights, and forward‑looking discussions designed to strengthen the health systems they serve.
