Annette Dixon-Miller has worked in the Human Resources field for 13 years. As the Benefits Analyst/Work life Coordinator for Emory Healthcare, Annette manages work life programs that support Emory’s vision in achieving success at work and at home. Annette researches and identifies work/life needs of employees, as well as look for new and innovative ways to support our employees with their work life balance, one being childcare resources. This topic is dear to Annette as she had her own challenges in finding adequate and affordable childcare when her children were young. Annette’s goal is to continue to communicate and encourage participation in the work life programs. Being able to assist employees with different options with childcare helps take away the stress and improves work productivity and employee retention.
