This presentation looks at the impact of working in HR, how HR professionals can practice self-care to ensure the work they do does not negatively impact them, and organizational strategies of support for HR.

He is also an Adjunct Professor of HR at Ohio Christian University and HR Consultant with the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has a Ph.D. in Management with a focus in HR Leadership. In addition, and most importantly, Chris is the proud father to Miles and Aiden and husband to Alisha.
