Chapter Recognition

ASHHRA seeks to recognize affiliated chapters for their significant achievements throughout the course of the year. Explore the specific instructions for each award to learn how your chapter can participate.

For Individuals

The Outstanding Chapter Achievement Award recognizes affiliated chapter member who is not a chapter officer, but whose significant contributions advance the health care human resources profession.

Any affiliated chapter member in good standing, excluding any chapter officer, is eligible for this award.

The Outstanding Chapter Officer Award recognizes a chapter officer (President, President-elect/Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary) who has made a significant contribution to an ASHHRA affiliated chapter through excellence in chapter management and/or distinguished leadership.

Any affiliated chapter officer is eligible for this award.

*Chapters may nominate multiple members for the Outstanding Chapter Achievement and Outstanding Chapter Officer awards. However, only two individuals total per chapter may receive an award.

For Individuals

ASHHRA’s CMAP recognizes affiliated chapters for their significant achievements throughout the course of the previous year. The program is in two partes: Basic Chapter Management and Advanced Chapter Management.
