ASHHRA MEMBER BENEFIT
As an ASHHRA member, you will get a $100.00 discount automatically applied during registration and your membership will be extended for one year from your expiration date.
Practitioner Full Conference
- For healthcare HR professionals actively working in a provider organization across the
continuum of care. - Practitioner Full Conference registration includes access to all learning sessions, expo hall and all events during the conference dates, as well as one year of ASHHRA membership.
Practitioner Single Day
- For healthcare HR professionals actively working in a provider organization across the
continuum of care. - Practitioner Single Day registration includes to conference events for one day: Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, as well as one year of ASHHRA membership.
Practitioner Group Registration
- Buy 3 Full Conference registrations and get the 4th FREE
- For healthcare HR professionals actively working in a provider organization across the continuum of care.
How to take advantage of this offer:
- One person begins the registration process.
- On Step 6 (Registration Summary), scroll to the bottom of the page for the “Add Group Registrant” section and follow the same registration process for each person in your group.
- The fourth person will automatically be complimentary*.
NOTE: Offer only applies to the cost of Full Conference registration. In the event the fourth registrant is a non-member, a membership fee of $200 will be added.
Vendor Full Conference
- For professionals who support healthcare HR but are not directly employed by provider

Countdown to ASHHRA27
CANCELLATION POLICY
All conference registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to ASHHRA@ashhra.org by
April 2, 2027. A refund of the registration fee, less a $200 cancellation fee (per canceled registrant), will be granted for cancellations received on or before April 2, 2027. Membership dues cannot be refunded in the case of a cancellation. An additional $200 will be retained by ASHHRA for registrations that include membership (membership will remain active in the event of a cancelled registration). After April 2, 2027, no refunds will be given. Registration (excluding membership) may be transferred to another person to attend the ASHHRA27 annual conference and exposition, subject to a $200 membership fee if the recipient of said registration transfer is not a current ASHHRA member. Registration may be transferred to the ASHHRA annual conference for the following year only and at the discretion of ASHHRA. All refunds will be made payable to the payer only. If you are registering a group, you acknowledge you are agreeing to the terms on behalf of each individual. There will be no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
