As the longest-running event for healthcare HR professionals, the ASHHRA annual conference and exposition convenes attendees from all over the country, across the continuum of care. Upon beginning the registration process, you will be asked to indicate if you are registering as a Practitioner or a Vendor. See Registration Rates - Practitioner registration includes one (1) year of ASHHRA membership.
For current ASHHRA members, that means your membership will be extended by one year from your current expiration date. BONUS: As an ASHHRA member, a $100.00 discount will be automatically applied to your registration!
For non-members, one year of ASHHRA membership will be activated for you so you can take advantage of membership benefits.

Where will ASHHRA27 be held?
ASHHRA27 will take place at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa (23808 Resort Parkway, San Antonio, Texas, 78261) in San Antonio, Texas, from May 16-18, 2027. The conference brings together healthcare HR professionals from across the country for education, networking, and professional development.
Who can register for ASHHRA27?
ASHHRA27 is designed for healthcare HR professionals working in provider organizations across the continuum of care. Vendor registration options are also available for industry partners and solution providers.
What is included with Full Conference registration?
Practitioner Full Conference registration includes access to all educational sessions, keynote presentations, the expo hall, networking events, and one year of ASHHRA membership.
Is there a discount for ASHHRA members?
Yes. ASHHRA members receive a $100 discount that is automatically applied during registration. Membership is also extended for one year from the member’s expiration date.
Are single-day registration options available?
Yes. Attendees may register for a single day (Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday) if they do not plan to attend the full conference. Single-day registration includes conference activities for the selected day and one year of ASHHRA membership.
Is there a Group Registration discount?

What is the cancellation policy?
All conference registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to ASHHRA@ashhra.org by April 2, 2027. A refund of the registration fee, less a $200 cancellation fee (per canceled registrant), will be granted for cancellations received on or before April 2, 2027. Membership dues cannot be refunded in the case of a cancellation. An additional $200 will be retained by ASHHRA for registrations that include membership (membership will remain active in the event of a cancelled registration). After April 2, 2027, no refunds will be given. Registration (excluding membership) may be transferred to another person to attend the ASHHRA27 annual conference and exposition, subject to a $200 membership fee if the recipient of said registration transfer is not a current ASHHRA member. Registration may be transferred to the ASHHRA annual conference for the following year only and at the discretion of ASHHRA. All refunds will be made payable to the payer only. If you are registering a group, you acknowledge you are agreeing to the terms on behalf of each individual. There will be no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
