ASHHRA has contracted with two hotels for this year's conference.
The ASHHRA23 program of events will be held at the Charlotte Convention Center (CCC): 501 S College St, Charlotte, NC 28202. ASHHRA has contracted with the Westin Charlotte and the JW Marriott for discounted room blocks. The hotel room blocks are now closed.

Westin Charlotte

Rate: Single $239 + 15.25% tax
Occupying a glass skyscraper adjacent to the Charlotte Convention Center, this polished hotel with a LYNX Light Rail stop is a 9-minute walk from the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Upscale, earth-toned rooms come with Wi-Fi (fee), flat-screen TVs and iPod docks, plus rainfall showerheads, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Upgraded rooms offer skyline views, while suites add separate living areas with pull-out sofas, plus additional TVs and bathrooms.
Wi-Fi is free in public areas. Dining options include a Southern restaurant with a terrace, a sleek bar, and a lobby cafe. There is also a 24-hour gym with a lap pool.
JW Marriott Charlotte

Rate: Single $279 + 15.25% tax
Opposite the Charlotte Convention Center, this sleek hotel is an 8-minute walk from the NASCAR Hall of Fame and less than a mile from I-277. The chic rooms provide flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, coffeemakers and minifridges. Upgraded rooms offer access to a private lounge. The 1-bedroom suites feature living rooms, sofabeds and/or balconies. Room service is available.
Amenities include 2 restaurants, a rooftop bar, an outdoor pool, a spa and a 24-hour fitness center, in addition to breakfast and valet parking.
Why book through the ASHHRA room block?
Reserving rooms at these hotels via the authorized ASHHRA Housing Bureau helps ASHHRA leverage the most economical rates for future conferences in desirable cities. ASHHRA has contracted a block of rooms at discounted group rates in order to provide conference registrants with cost-effective accommodations. ASHHRA assumes financial risk by contracting with these hotels for large room blocks. If our room block is not met, ASHHRA is financially liable for penalties.
