The ASHHRA25 program of events will be held at the Albuquerque Convention Center (ACC): 401 2nd Street NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. ASHHRA has contracted with the hotels below for discounted room blocks and the hotels are within walking distance of the convention center.

Why book through the ASHHRA room block?
Reserving rooms at these hotels via the authorized ASHHRA Housing Bureau helps ASHHRA leverage the most economical rates for future conferences in desirable cities. ASHHRA has contracted a block of rooms at discounted group rates in order to provide conference registrants with cost-effective accommodations. ASHHRA assumes financial risk by contracting with these hotels for large room blocks. If our room block is not met, ASHHRA is financially liable for penalties.
Beware of Fraudulent Housing/Travel Claims
You may be solicited by other companies to book your hotel room or make travel arrangements for the ASHHRA annual conference. Such companies are not affiliated with and are not sponsored or approved by ASHHRA to provide these services. ASHHRA will not be responsible for any actions or omissions of such companies. To ensure you are booking your hotel reservations in the ASHHRA room block, please be sure to ONLY use the link on the ASHHRA website or from an ASHHRA email address. Hotel Cancellation Policy
All hotel cancellations must be received by the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in a one-night room and tax penalty. Should you not arrive on your scheduled night of arrival, your room will be released and you will be charged one-night room and tax no show fee.
