She is an employee advocate and a resource, proud of their recognition program, and recently finalized a complete payroll and benefit upgrade. Rochelle enjoys traveling, RV camping and spending time with her family and friends in her free time.

Jodi is the Marketing and Communications Team Leader at Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital. As part of the HR Team, she contributed significantly to developing the employee rewards and recognition program since EBCH started to explore options. Seeing the positive changes in staff morale has brought her great organizational and personal satisfaction for being part of the project. When not working on their recognition program, she also writes grants, manages patient satisfaction, and works on EBCH’s marketing and communications.

Zach is grateful for the opportunity to serve the needs of others while working as part of a team.
