What’s Actually Working in Healthcare Hiring: Lessons from the Hardest-to-Fill Roles
Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2026 | 1:00 p.m. CT (2:00 p.m. ET)
Healthcare hiring is under immense pressure. Teams are tasked with filling highly specialized clinical roles and tough rural vacancies, often with tighter budgets and leaner teams. You already know that posting another job ad, increasing a sign-on bonus, or scouring the same tapped-out professional networks isn’t always enough.
So, what is actually working?
Join us for a 60-minute, candid ASHHRA webinar where we skip the buzzwords, the theoretical predictions, and the lengthy software pitches. Instead, we are bringing together healthcare talent leaders from Essentia Health and Fairfax Radiology Centers to discuss exactly how their approaches to difficult-to-fill roles are evolving.
The Anti-Webinar: Rather than just talking about technology, we will feature a live, three-minute, over-the-shoulder look at how an actual healthcare Talent Manager works through a challenging search today.
Objectives
Apply data-driven sourcing and talent intelligence strategies to identify and engage qualified healthcare talent, including licensed professionals in specialized and hard-to-fill roles, while having more informed conversations with hiring managers.
Evaluate and adapt recruiting approaches for challenging labor markets, including rural communities, by measuring talent scarcity, expanding beyond traditional recruiting channels, and developing targeted outreach strategies.
Leverage AI and streamlined sourcing workflows to improve recruiting efficiency, reduce manual research, consolidate technology and processes, and maintain the human connection throughout the candidate experience.
