The 2024 Metropolitan Area Healthcare Compensation Surveys are an expansion of surveys published with Deloitte Consulting LLP, for the Texas Medical Center in Houston and Healthcare Organizations in New York City. Inaugural year 2024 pricing is $2,400 for large institutions (large hospitals / health systems with >400 beds). $1,200 for smaller institutions (smaller hospitals with <400 beds, ambulatory centers, clinics). ASHHRA member participants are eligible for discounted rate of $2,100 for large institutions and $1,050 for smaller institutions.

Overview
The surveys target over 300 positions within large medical centers, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions such as ambulatory care centers, clinics, and medical schools. The results will provide an invaluable dataset for analyzing base salaries, short-term incentives, and premium pay practices across various types of healthcare facilities. The survey encompasses a broad spectrum of healthcare roles, such as nursing, technologists, rehabilitation, pharmacy, and administrative positions.
All responses are confidential, and data protection procedures are used in the survey process.
