As such, he understands the industry’s business challenges from the inside. He currently serves as Market President and partner with Lockton Companies, a consulting and brokerage firm that provides insurance, risk management, total rewards, employee benefits and retirement solutions. Lockton is the 9th largest risk and benefits management firm in the world and the largest firm that is private and independent.

Through his career, Leo has developed and restructured insurance operations in regulatory, indemnity and managed care organizations in both for-profit and non-profit environments and with national and local organizations. Leo’s broad financial and market expertise in health care and insurance fields has allowed him drive significant financial improvement and expansion for organizations he has worked with, and the opportunity to influence public policy, craft legislation and present testimony, and speak nationwide on varying health insurance and regulatory topics.

Anna Younger

Anna Younger leads Healthcare Innovation and Strategy for Lockton’s People Solutions business. She brings more than two decades of experience working in healthcare across a variety of organizations and roles. Prior to joining Lockton, Anna spent several years in executive roles at investment-backed health tech companies.

As Chief Product Officer at OnMed, she led customer and patient experience and was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of software-enabled virtual primary and urgent care services. Before that, Anna led Strategy & Client Experience at Carrot Health, a consumer and SDOH-analytics company serving growth and population health management functions at large payer and provider organizations. She contributed to significant revenue growth that led to a strategic acquisition by Unite Us and was a key member of the integration team.

Anna also spent time leading Enterprise Strategy for Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN, where she evaluated the diversified strategy and facilitated a full-scale operating model redesign. Previous experience includes RedBrick Health, where she led client success teams and built a healthcare-specific service model and capabilities, as well as Optum and HealthPartners, where Anna served in business development and client consulting roles.
