Matt Kurth is a healthcare HR executive with over 15 years of experience spanning HR consulting, operations, and organizational transformation. He serves as SVP and Deputy Chief People Officer at Northwell Health, New York’s largest healthcare provider, where he leads the HR Enablement & Operations function and drives the design and implementation of strategic HR and people initiatives across the system. Since joining Northwell in 2016, Matt has held a range of HR leadership roles spanning project management, change management, and career and performance development, and previously spent seven years as a human capital services consultant at Baker Tilly.
